Refund Policy

1. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 7 business days from the payment date.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • A refund may be considered if we failed to deliver the agreed service.
  • The translation was not delivered within the agreed timeline and you no longer require the service.
  • The quality of translation does not meet professional standards (subject to review).

3. Ineligible Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind or incorrect language selection by the user.
  • Refunds are not available once the translation has been fully delivered unless due to an error on our part.
